1. Oscillator Confirmation
This section focuses on the behavior of the oscillator lines to confirm a bullish trend. The requirements are:
Gap_Down Oscillator: The yellow line of the oscillator should be within the Red Zone (indicating bullish momentum), while the white line is outside the Red Zone.
Bullish Oscillator Lines: Both the white and yellow oscillator lines should indicate bearish momentum from the Red Zone.
In addition to oscillator signals, pattern confirmation is essential. At least 3 out of 5 of the following patterns need to be met:
EMA200 Resistance: The price has support at the 200-period Exponential Moving Average, which is a strong bearish indicator.
Bear Flag Breakout: A breakout from a bear flag pattern, which is a continuation pattern in an downtrend, signaling a potential fall.
Trendline Resistance: The price has resistance by trendline, providing further confirmation of downward movement.
Green Cloud to Red Cloud Confirmation: A transition from a green cloud to a red cloud in the chart's indicator, indicating a shift from bullish to bearish momentum.
Resistance Area: The price is near a significant resistance area, such as the Blue Line, Previous Day High (PDH), Previous Day Low (PDL), Previous Week High (PWH), Previous Week Low (PWL), or other support/resistance pivots.
Note
If 4 out of 5 pattern confirmations are met, there is no need to focus on the oscillator confirmation, as the pattern strength alone provides sufficient bullish signals.
This setup combines both oscillator and pattern confirmations to increase the probability of a successful long (call) entry.
